On Friday, October 6th, Department of Civil Engineering students participated in the Maryland Manufacturing Day event sponsored by MD MEP and had the chance to meet a special guest!
Maryland Manufacturing Day 2017 is meant to bring together students from local university and college technology driven teams and match them with local, advanced manufacturing companies. Our students displayed the research they are doing with design, characterization, and 3D printing of lightweight materials and components through the Johns Hopkins Center for Additive Manufacturing and Architected Materials (JAM2).
